My Path
My academic journey began with a master's degree in mathematics, specializing in mathematical logic and game theory—an excellent training ground for strategic and analytical thinking. However, my professional career took a different direction. I quickly became fascinated by working as a trainer and coach because it allows me to apply theoretical analysis to human interaction.
Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in providing practical support to teams and organizations. Numerous advanced trainings and certified courses, many of which took place in Asia and Russia, round off my profile. I would like to express my special thanks to all the teachers and experts who have guided me along the way and who have helped me to mature in my practice.
Be the change you wanna see
"We are a mirror of the world. All the tendencies that are present in the outer world are also found in our body world. If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. When a man changes his own nature, the attitude of the world towards him also changes."
- Mahatma Gandhi
Collaboration
We start by getting to know each other — safely and without risk. The partnership must be a good fit for both of us. Together, we will find a flexible and customized approach that works for you and implement it in a practical manner.

How it goes...
- You help shape the process
Our collaboration is a joint project. I provide impetus, but you are actively at the helm to drive change forward. - Openness and plain language
I ensure professional and direct communication. This creates an honest basis on which we can work together efficiently. - A look behind the scenes
We don't just treat symptoms. I work with you to get to the root of challenges, which often lie in interpersonal dynamics. - Dare to think differently
Together, we break out of old patterns. I support you in changing the perspective to discover untapped potential and creative solutions.
How it does not go...
- No magic solutions
I don't offer superficial “miracle pills.” Real change takes time and commitment to be sustainable. - No wishful thinking
We focus on realistic goals and feasibility. Change requires hard work—not just good intentions. - I am not your mouthpiece
You remain the active driver of change. I am your companion, not your representative. - No staying in your comfort zone
Development only happens outside your comfort zone. We will question existing boundaries in order to move forward together.
